I have no idea if he can do it or not, but I would check with Steve Seal to see if he can either make those up for you, or point you in the direction of a good machine shop that can do it. Shouldn't be a big deal at all, but you might want to pile up any other parts you need to have machined/fabricated and get whoever you find to do it all for you at once.
