Hey all... Noob here. Ok, here is the situation. I have a Santana 22 with no electrical system (it know it did come with one, but that has long since left the building). My First question is: Do I need a ground on a DC system (other then the negative side of the battery) ? In my car the negative side of the battery is grounded to the frame and/or engine block... I have neither on this boat. I do have 8 keel bolts... I do not plan on having an AC side (unless you count a trickle charger I plan on installing to maintain the battery. OH, trough hulls... I do have one, but it's the cockpit drain... and I bet that would be a bad ground because of corrosion... Any and all help would be great... Thanks! Jeff
