I use BayRisk, who are brokers for Safeco. I pay a bit more than the 225 they quoted, but my insurance includes a 4-stroke outboard and trailer. I had one claim and they paid up no problem, but I have heard of others getting dropped by Safeco after multiple claims (3, I think). I don't know of anything cheaper than 125/yr, I doubt you could get decent insurance for less. Good luck!
