Can anyone tell me what the keel material is on a Mid 60's 22 is? I was given a project boat with no documentation. It has a shoal (22" +-) keel with a lead centerboard. I thought the keel was steel or cast iron covered in glass but the scrapings I took aren't magnetic. Any one know?
