Subject: Removing the coaming?

Hey, all! Hope this is an appropriate place for these questions. I'm new to tuna and new to boat work. I'm cleaning up an older boat with the teak coaming, and it's in pretty bad shape.

First, is it a huge job to remove the coaming without destroying it? I don't see how it's attached other than the six big wood screws that may just be holding the trim strip on.

How about the hand rails on the bow and on top of the cabin? I forgot to look when I was at the boat. Do those just bolt down through the deck?

Thanks
