I'm in the same boat (literally!) as you. I haven't measured yet but I'm pretty sure the standard replacement cushions you can buy for patio chairs will fit. I saw this on another boat of similar size. They sell the cushions in different colors at Target. I believe they were $20-35 for each cushion. Not bad considering they're new and you can choose the color/pattern. Good luck!
