it is late and i have to get up early tomorrow (sat) to get to the delta in time for race day on my son's columbia 26.

I have been looking for my own "dream" boat with standing head room and a few other amenaties which costs bucks i don't have right now.

However, I was reading the ASA Sailing Magazine just now about a Santa Cruz sailor Ernie Rideout and his Santana 22.

I have heard about this class and seen numerous ads for boats for sale and have been curious.

I have thought about Catalina 22s since there are many around and have sailed the more stable keel version (capri 22). I don't know it your boat is still for sale or not and you didn't mention a trailer if it had one.

It sounds like there might be a chance to race a santana 22 with others if i had one and that would be fun.
