:: 3.5 hp outboard (just re-serviced), compass, lights...

:: previous owner put in new chainplates and keel bolts
:: (steel), comes with plates to hoist the boat, reinforced

:: I have had this boat for 2 years and have done a lot of
:: work on it.

:: New standing rigging, new bottom paint and fairing,
:: painted the mast, put in a new mast beam (very labor
:: intensive job, no more compression post, opens up the
:: inside of the boat ! This job itself cost well over 2k),
:: took out all the deck hardware, put new non skid , reset
:: all hardware with new screws. replaced halyards, put in
:: barney post...

:: This boat is NICE, and I am asking nearly nothing for
:: it. I just want it to go to a good home. I started an
:: online company, and my time just disappeared. I haven't
:: been sailing in the last 5 months and it just hurts. If
