I am considering buying a Santana 22 and I have a lot of questions, but for now I would like to know if it is possible or advisable to keep the boat at a friend's dock in Sausalito, alongside a houseboat. The issue is that the water level drops right down to the mud at this particular location. Would this damage the boat, or is this a common occurence in Richardson Bay?
