Any ideas or articles I can get about replacing the keel bolts on the Santana 22? I just bought one, I live in Washington. I read with alarm that the boat is older then the keel bolt's design life.

Also, I notice the Class allows the deck beam supporting mast compression loads to be replaced with a "factory supplied deck beam." I emailed Schock, but they have not responded, yet. Any information on this? Does Schock sell them? How do I know if I need one? How hard are they to replace?

I appreciate any information or leads to articles or other sources of information.
