Tom,

As it turns out, I am replacing the combing boards on my boat (also built in 68) and have removed the old ones to use as a template. Arranged opposing each other you can cut them both out of a single 12" wide by 8'6" long piece of mahogany. The original thickness appears to be around 5/8" although it is hard to tell because they are worn thin in places. If you would like I could trace the pattern on a piece of craft paper and send it to you. You can contact me at the above e-mail.

:: Hi all. I need a little help here.

:: I own 1968 build #329 [Gibson Girl IV - Santa Rosa/Loch
:: Lomand Marina], and she does not have the cockpit
:: combing boards. Additionally, W.D. Schock no longer has
:: the patterns any more. Anyone know how I can get my
:: hands on some combing boards, the pattern, anything?

:: I appreciate any guidence here.

:: Thanks,

:: Tom
