:: uses just 8-5/8" bolts.

:: The surface area of 3/4" bolt is over twice the area of
:: the 5/8" bolt. The strength of the bolt must correspond
:: to this surface area. So we S22s owners have keel bolts
:: with twice the strength holding half the keel weight.
:: Seems to me the S22 keel structure is a tad over built
