Hello Folks,

I was perusing the rules posted on the santana22 website to prep my boat for Nationals. I have some 'new guy' questions. Are these the rules we are sailing under for the upcoming Nationals? Is there any checking or measuring before racing? I didn't see anything about measuring listed in the NOR either.
