I've been slowly resorting my 1968 Santana '22.

The version of my boat employed the use of a piece of wood (probably teak) to square the traveler and give it the desired angle for the downhaul.

This piece of wood is no longer serviceable.

Since it will be difficult to replicate (it tapers from the ends towards the middle in a non-symetrical manner) I'm wondering if anyone might have another solution that you could recommend.
