I have a Santana 22 for sale (Hull 182)....as you can see by the attached pic's, she is basically brand new. She was completely dismantled 4 years ago and refurbished. Painted her hull with Awlgrip. Inside was painted with a 2 part apoxy, She gleems from the inside to the outside! Her mast and spars were also painted using Awlgrip. Her wood work (outside) mostly new teak....couple of pieces are original. Inside is Yellow Pine....(google this wood) It is a hardwood, absolutely beautiful.

She lives at the boat storage yard near the Fishermans wharf, out of water. I could give the buyer contact with the yard manager to see if she could stay near the water with her mast up and ready to sail. With the Monterey hoist, it only take 5 min. to drop her in the water. It is nice because you will not be paying for monthly hull cleanings and painting every 2 years.

Recently had new stainless keel bolts and stainless chain plates installed.

Sails Head sail is roller reefed (Shaffer) Main- New racing main by Santa Cruz Sails (4 years old) looks great! 1 Spinnaker in good shape with a spinnaker pole (I used for wing on wing) Although she is not rigged for a spin it does not take much to rig her up.

Rigging- Excellent Running rigging- excellent

Rudder disassembled and rebuilt rudder post bearing (Tight)

Trailer was modified so pads sit under bulkheads perfectly. This trailer was sandblasted and painted with 2 part expoxy. Looks good going down the road.

Interior cushions are all new and covered. She also has 2 cushions for the cockpit.

She will be a great boat for someone that wants to sail with a great fleet on the Monterey or San Francisco bay. All around she is a relatively cheap boat to care for and sails with confidence, even in gusting 20+ knot winds.
